Okay, so I’ve been obsessed with Dexter lately, and I had to try making my own kill suit. It’s not like, for actual killing, obviously! Just, you know, for fun, for Halloween, or maybe a themed party. Don’t judge!
Getting Started
First, I gathered all my materials. This took a bit of running around. Here’s what I ended up with:
- A brown, long-sleeved Henley shirt – I found one at a thrift store, score!
- Some cargo pants, also brown. These were a bit harder to find in the right shade, ended up ordering them online.
- Black gloves. Easy peasy, I just grabbed some gardening gloves.
- Apron,It was hard to find,so I bought similar dark green apron online.
- Black boots. Already had some, so that was convenient.
Putting It Together
Honestly, the shirt and pants were the easy part. I just… put them on. The real trick was making it look, you know, Dexter-y.
I spent some time messing with the shirt, rolling up the sleeves just right, and making sure the pants were tucked into the boots properly. It’s all about the details, people!
Finishing Touches
Finally put on the dark green apron, and the gloves! Wow,that is so * is so fun. I tried posing in the mirror. Maybe I overdid it.
It could be cool If I find suitable face mask and knife props,Haha.
So, yeah, that’s my Dexter kill suit adventure. It was a fun little project, and it actually turned out way better than I expected! It’s surprisingly comfortable, too. Might just wear it around the house… kidding! (Mostly.)
