Alright, so I wanted to check out the “Fantastic 4 Extended Edition”. I’d heard some mixed things, but I was curious to see the extra scenes for myself. So, first, I had to actually find the thing.
I started by checking my usual streaming services, you know, the big ones. No dice. Nothing there. I guess it’s not popular enough to be readily available on demand. Bummer!
My Hunt for the Extended Cut
Next, I figured I’d look for a physical copy. I checked some online stores, but I mostly saw the regular version. Found a few listings for the extended one, but they were either way too expensive or from some sketchy-looking seller. I didn’t want to get ripped off, you know?
- Tried the streaming services – nope.
- Searched online stores – mostly regular versions.
- Scrolled social media movie groups.
The Great Success
Finally, I decided to watch it. The extra scenes did add a little bit more depth, but honestly, it wasn’t a massive game-changer. It was cool to see some of the deleted stuff, but I’m not sure it’s worth going crazy trying to find this specific version unless you’re a die-hard Fantastic Four fan. I finished my little experiment.
So that’s my story. It took a bit of effort, the movie itself was okay. Maybe it’s best is for the super-fans!
