Alright, so I wanted to make a cool Rick and Morty poster for my room. I’ve always loved the show’s crazy art style, and I figured it would be a fun project to try and recreate something similar.
Finding the Right Image
First things first, I needed to find a good image to work with. I spent a good chunk of time just browsing online, looking at different Rick and Morty scenes and characters. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted at first, just something that felt iconic and captured the show’s vibe.
- I started by just hitting up Google Images, you know, the usual. Typed in “Rick and Morty,” “Rick and Morty art,” that kind of stuff.
- Then I dug around on some fan art sites, hoping to find something unique and interesting.
- Finally I found some character drawings that seemed to fit.
Putting It All Together
Once I find that character, I started to think about the layout. The characters were simple, just Rick and Morty’s classic pose. So, I was thinking to make it like a movie poster.
I wanted to include some iconic Rick and Morty elements, I added in some floating green portals behind them and some smaller character silhouettes at the bottom.
The Final Touches
Once I was happy with the basic layout, I started playing around with the colors and effects. I wanted to make it look vibrant and eye-catching, like a real poster.
-
I use the bold color in the backgroud.

I Added the Title on the top.
I’m pretty stoked with how it turned out! It’s definitely got that Rick and Morty feel, and it’s going to look awesome hanging up on my wall. It was a fun little project, and it’s always cool to create something yourself, you know?
