Okay, so I wanted to read this comic, The Flash: Fastest Man Alive, the 2020 one. I’m a big Flash fan, you know, so I was pretty pumped to get into it.
First, I had to find where to read it. Turns out, DC has this thing called DC UNIVERSE INFINITE where you can read a bunch of their comics online. I found the right comic there. The first issue starts with Barry and Iris, they’re taking a little vacation, trying to relax for a bit. But come on, it’s Barry Allen, things don’t stay quiet for long.
- I started reading, and right away, some soldier dude from the future shows up in Central City. Classic time-travel trouble.
- Then, there are these weird things messing with time all over the city. It’s a total mess, time is all messed up.
- Next thing I know, The Flash ends up in the 25th century! Crazy, right?
The whole series, it’s got 10 issues in total, all published by DC Comics. It started in 2020, so it’s fairly new. I saw it was part of this digital-first series, which I guess means they put it out online before they printed it, or maybe they just keep it digital, I’m not sure. It is called The Flash: Fastest Man Alive (Volume 1 (Digital)).
So, I read the first issue, and it was a pretty wild ride. Time travel, future soldiers, Barry and Iris just trying to get some peace and quiet. Definitely a good start, and it got me hooked. I powered through the whole thing – all ten issues. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time, with all the twists and turns you’d expect from a Flash story. The artwork was pretty cool too. Overall, it was a fun read. If you’re into The Flash, or just like superhero comics with a bit of time travel craziness, you should totally check this one out. You can read all of them!
