Alright, let’s talk about “training slayer.” I’ve been messing around with this for a while now, and I’m gonna walk you through what I did, step by step.
First off, I started by making a list. Yeah, a simple list of “Skips” and “Blocks.” It’s like, what tasks do I wanna avoid, and what do I absolutely not want to deal with? This seemed like the most obvious first step, you gotta prioritize, right?
Then, I thought, “Bigger and Badder” is the way to go. Why? ‘Cause it gives you extra Slayer XP. Who doesn’t want that? So, I made sure to grab that. I also blocked those annoying tasks that I had already put on my list. I also extended the “Dust Devils” and “Necroyals” tasks.
Next, I went to find the highest-level Slayer Master I could access. I found this “Chaeldar” guy, because I am at 70 combat. Seemed like a good place to start getting some decent assignments.
Getting into the Nitty-Gritty
Now, here’s where it got a bit interesting. I started looking into different ways to train. There’s a bunch of stuff you can do, like using certain potions or spells, different weapons, and wearing specific armor for each monster. I mean, who knew there was so much to this? I just started experimenting, trying out different things to see what worked best. I tried using vigorras chainmace at one point. And another time I tried craws bow. I used a cannon to burst and barrage whenever I could.
Honestly, it was a lot of trial and error. I’d try one method, see how it went, then tweak it or try something completely different. It was kind of a mess, but hey, that’s how you learn, right?
The Results
So, after all this messing around, I figured out that it would take me around 19 hours and 35 minutes to complete my goal. Keep in mind that this also included time doing other things, not just slaying.
And that’s pretty much it. It was a bit of a grind, but I learned a lot along the way. Hope this helps anyone out there who’s trying to figure this whole “training slayer” thing out.
