Okay, here’s my attempt at a blog post in the style you requested, about trying to watch “Strike Back: Warrior” on Cinemax:
So, I heard about this show, “Strike Back,” or maybe it’s “Warrior” now? I don’t know, Cinemax keeps changing the name. Anyways, people were saying it’s got, like, crazy action and stuff. I figured, cool, I’ll check it out.
First, I tried to find it on my cable box. Cinemax is supposed to be included, right? I went through the guide, scrolling and scrolling… nothing. Seriously, nothing. It’s like the show disappeared.
Then I thought, okay, I’ll use the on-demand thing. You know, where you can pick from a list of shows? Nope. I searched for “Strike Back,” “Warrior,” even just plain “Cinemax originals.” Still got zip. It was super frustrating!
My Next Steps…Frustrating
- Went to the Cinemax website. Maybe I could watch it there?
- The site was kind of confusing. Lots of flashy images, but no clear way to, like, WATCH a show.
- I finally found something that said “Watch Now.” Clicked it… and it asked me to sign in with my cable provider.
- Fine, I did that. Then…it just took me back to the main page. No show!
I was about ready to give up. I mean, come on, it shouldn’t be this hard to watch a TV show! I considered downloading it from my computer, but I don’t have enough storage space.
I even tried using the voice command thing on my remote. I said, “Cinemax, Strike Back Warrior.” The TV just changed to some random channel showing a cooking show. I swear, technology hates me sometimes.
In the end, I still haven’t figured it out. Maybe I’ll try again later, maybe I won’t. It’s a bummer because I was really in the mood for some explosions and, you know, general badassery. If anyone out there knows the secret to watching this show, let a guy know! For now, I’m just going to watch something else. Probably that cooking show…at least it showed up when I asked for it.
